Kevin P. Simmons
Kevin Simmons' practice includes commercial litigation, labor and employment and product liability defense. He began his legal career at Davis Polk & Wardwell. He served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Simmons litigates extensively in the federal courts. He is certified as an Arbitrator by the National Association of Securities Dealers.
Mr. Simmons successfully defended an international pharmaceutical company in a trial involving the "whistle blower" statute. He also won one of the largest judgments ever awarded by a National Association of Securities Dealers Arbitration Panel. Mr. Simmons has lectured on "Bad Faith Insurance Litigation."
Kevin Simmons graduated from Boston College (B.S. cum laude, 1973) and Fordham University (J.D. 1979) where he was Commentary Editor of The Fordham Law Review.
